Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology (SCTIMST), a premier medical research institute under the Government of India, has invited eligible candidates to attend a walk-in interview for the post of Research Associate. This recruitment offers a valuable opportunity for candidates with a Master’s in Public Health and relevant research experience to contribute to health research and community-based projects. Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualification:

• Master’s Degree in Public Health from a recognized university.

Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in health research.
• Fluency in Malayalam is essential.

Desirable:

• Experience with qualitative research methods.
• Exposure to evidence synthesis and community-based research.
• Two publications in peer-reviewed indexed journals.
• Willingness to travel for field work.

Selection Process

• Walk-in Interview will be the primary mode of selection.
• Depending on the number of applicants, a screening written test may be conducted for shortlisting.
• Final selection will be based on performance in the interview and fulfillment of essential/desirable qualifications.
