CUSAT Recruitment 2026 for Technician Grade II Post

Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT) has invited applications for the post of Technician Grade II on a contract basis at the Kunjali Marakkar School of Marine Engineering. Candidates with an ITI certificate in Diesel Mechanic or equivalent qualification from the Indian Navy and at least one year of experience in marine diesel engine maintenance are eligible to apply. The upper age limit is 62 years. Interested candidates must apply online and also send a hard copy of the application by the prescribed deadlines.

1. Visit the official CUSAT recruitment portal: recruit.cusat.ac.in.
2. Register and fill out the online application form for Technician Grade II.
3. Upload all required documents including photo, signature, and qualification proofs.
4. Pay the application fee online:
   • ₹900 for General and OBC candidates
   • ₹185 for SC/ST candidates
5. Submit the online form on or before 24 January 2026.
6. Take a printout of the submitted application form.
7. Send the signed hard copy of the application along with supporting documents to:
   Registrar, Administrative Office, Cochin University of Science and Technology, Kochi – 22
8. Ensure the hard copy reaches the university by 31 January 2026.
9. Superscribe the envelope with: “Application for the post of Technician Gr. II in Kunjali Marakkar School of Marine Engineering on contract basis”
